Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

What kind of photos should I upload?

Please upload a clear, well-lit photo where your pet’s face is fully visible. Natural light works best. Blurry or dark photos may affect the final result.

Can I customize more than one pet in one product?

Yes, you can include multiple pets in one design. Simply upload all photos and leave a note with your preferences.

Do you offer previews before production?

For some products, we provide a digital preview before final production. You will be notified by email if approval is required.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and other secure online payment methods.

How long will delivery take?

All of our products are handmade and made to order.
Design & confirmation: 2–3 business days
Handmade production: 5–15 business days
Shipping time: 10–18 business days
Total estimated delivery time: 15–30 business days.Delivery time may vary by country.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because our products are custom-made, changes or cancellations are only possible within 12 hours after placing the order.After production begins, the order cannot be modified.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After you place your order:
You upload your pet photo and preferences
Our designers create your custom design
The design is confirmed (if preview is required)
Our artisans begin handmade production
Your order is carefully packaged and shipped

Do you offer refunds?

Custom products are non-refundable unless there is a quality problem or production error.
